AirRestore Air Naturalizer | banishing odors in casa de la Stoner

Air quality in the home is one of the many considerations when embarking upon a safe and responsible stoner path. When I started regularly using cannabis as an adult I had just moved into a small apartment with David and was extremely paranoid about smoke and odor. I would only smoke outside, long after the kids were asleep.

Nowadays I am living in a much bigger space with far more room to “get away” but the concerns are the same. Does it smell like weed in here? Am I so used to the smell that I wouldn’t even know? Because I run a business whose mission is modeling responsible cannabis use, it’s very important that I practice what I preach. That means taking care to ensure sure my home is safe and clean, and that includes air quality.

What is it?

AirRestore units produce the energized elements that naturally belong in the air. Inside each unit is an Ionic Engine that produces the energy your indoor air lacks. A small fan is continuously blowing these elements out into the room. These energized elements cause a series of natural oxidation and reduction reactions that essentially break down the pollutants in the air. Your AirRestore systems return the natural cleaning properties found in outdoor air, to the air indoors!

AirRestore makes air naturalizing systems for indoor use. I have always associated the idea of an air purifier with those tall towers, like the kind I have in my daughter’s room to combat her allergies. AirRestore systems are not like that. The system I use, The Tempest, is shorter than my iPhone and frees up valuable floor space.

What I Love About It

Size & Portability

AirRestore systems are small, light, and super portable. They take up no floor space and are light enough to move from room to room. The Tempest has a USB cord, allowing you to bring the whole thing into the car for discreet hot-boxing.

Quiet

The Tempest unit is very quiet. At its lowest setting, I am unable to hear it at all. At its highest setting, it has a pleasant, white noise hum, far quieter than the traditional air purifier at its highest setting.

The Many Situations we have Tested the Tempest AirRestore System

We’ve taken it on the long drive to the airport, we left it running in the car during a Kendrick Lamar concert (you can imagine the weed intake while parked before the show), and moved it into many different areas of the house. When my 120lb dog was gassy I ran the Tempest right alongside his walrus flesh. When David fries pork-chops we use AirRestore to clean the air fast.

The rooms we run the unit in smell fresh and clean, no matter what has been going on in there. I love leaving it running while I’m out of the house and returning to that clean and fresh air. It’s perfect for serious stoner sessions and an excellent tool for practicing responsible cannabis use.
