EPISODE 46

Q: I have the problem of living in a state that does not support legal cannabis use. It has been passed medically but ONLY for severe epilepsy. As someone who uses cannabis for mental health reasons, it is hard to educate people about it in a state that does not support it legally. Recently, my family found out about my cannabis use and do not approve (they found out accidentally. Cannabis use is something I keep very private). They are very conservative and since they do not have the proper education, they are very closed minded and judgmental. They don’t see that I am someone who is very productive, have a great job(that I have had for 5 years now) am very responsible, and have been the happiest I have ever been in the last year since using cannabis. I am wondering what you would think is the best way to talk about this subject to family who already have a negative view about it since it is considered illegal in our state. I can tell any random person where to stick it, but it’s a lot harder for me to have that attitude with family. Again, Love what ya do! keep smoking errryday!
