Hi friends and welcome back to my blog! First off, apologies for being so quiet these last few weeks! Several family members- myself included, recently got through a pretty ugly and prolonged battle with the flu. I have been spending the last few days trying to get myself, my work, and my house back in order, and it has been a challenge! Fortunately, everyone is well on their way to recovery, so I will be back again with my usual amount of sesh videos and more! I have definitely missed filming, especially after this flu-induced tolerance break!

Today’s vlog was filmed a few weeks ago. In this one, David and I use our MyDX cannabis analyzer to test the cannabinoids and terpenes in both homegrown and store-bought cannabis. Let’s see how the labeling on our Colorado dispensary packaging holds up, and solve some mysteries about our homegrown supply! We’ve always wondered about the potency of our homegrown flower, and MyDX makes figuring it out an absolute breeze!

MyDX Cannabis Potency and Chemical Analyzer

In today’s video, we use the MyDX Cannabis Potency and Chemical Analyzer. The MyDX is a portable handheld sensor and analyzer that allows you to measure potency, cannabinoids, and terpenes, all on-site. For us, that means at home, and what a great convenience that is! MyDX testing takes the mystery out of what you’ve been smoking, empowering users with real information within minutes. Ever wondered why one strain makes you uplifted while another makes you sleepy? MyDX lets you know exactly which cannabinoids and terpenes are present, resulting in a comprehensive Total Canna Profile™ (TCP) of your cannabis strains.

Using the MyDX is refreshingly simple and intuitive. Simply connect the MyDx®analyzer to your smartphone app, then place the sample in the disposable sample chamber for an in-depth analysis within minutes. MyDX detects cannabinoids like THC, CBD, and CBN, as well as over twenty different terpenes.

The MyDX app provides you with a crowdsourced prediction of how your sample cannabis might make you feel and what symptoms it may alleviate. It’s like the ultimate, high-tech strain journal, perfect for cannabis users that want more information about their plant medicine.

We learned some pretty interesting stuff while playing with the MyDX. For instance, we learned that our homegrown cannabis is way more potent than the store-bought stuff, and it’s packed full of beneficial terpenes. This definitely makes us feel pretty great about what we’re growing, and will help us make decisions on what strains we’ll continue to grow in the future.

The MyDX ia the first multi-use handheld chemical analyzer that will test for pesticides in the food you eat, chemicals in the water you drink, toxins in the air you breathe, and the safety and potency of your cannabis samples. You can learn more about the MyDX technology at MyDXlife.com.
