Personal Thoughts

The most effective way to take CBD is sublingually. That involves holding the oil under your tongue for as long as you can tolerate, at least a minute. I’ve never been a fan of this, and it’s why I’m so picky about flavors in my tinctures. Hemp oil is never going to be known for it’s delicious taste and so we’re seeing many brands offering flavored solutions that are easy on the tastebuds.

Nuvelio’s spearmint-flavored CBD oil is handsdown one of the tastiest tincutres I’ve tried. Minty and fresh with zero bitter aftertaste, the mint is strong and covers up the natural hemp flavor.
