Harvesting and Drying your Flower
There are many ways to dry and cure your harvested flower. Typically, I bust out the drying racks and cut off all the buds by hand. This time I opted to hang the whole plant in the same tent I grew them in. I simply used some flexible rubber coated wire to secure the plants to the top of the tent support poles.
I used a humidifier with a timer to go off daily for 5 hours to add some humidity to the grow. I kept the tent around 55% humidity for 10 days. After 10 days, I was ready to start trimming the buds.
Trimming
This is where it gets fun. I loaded all of the untrimmed buds into the trimbag. I am actually giving one away in this week’s post, You can enter to win down below. The drawing concludes on October 15th so make sure you enter for your chance to win.
Trimbag is a tremendous timesaver. I went through all 6 plants in roughly an hour. The trimbag is split into 2 sections inside. You put the flower in one end, and once you start to spin the bag, the buds bump into one another and hit a screen that allows the trim to pass through, but not the buds. Then, simply unzip the other end (it’s shaped like a funnel) and empty the nicely trimmed buds into whatever container you wish. It’s pretty great!
The FOHSE Aries did a great job in veg and flower and I really liked the controller. You can learn more about it in my last post. As for the Success Nutrients Pro-Line, I am hooked. Storing powdered nutrients takes up so much less space and I don’t have to worry about my nutrients crystallizing. Love it!
Also, a special shout-out to Cannascape. The plunger I showed in this video cured my flower perfectly. I was very impressed. I will definitely be using this in upcoming harvests. Be sure to check them out and their impressive line of storage devices.

Another great looking harvest!!
Thank you for the video. I would love to have one of those trim bags! I am looking forward to hearing how the curing device works out. We have a lot to trim from our outdoor grow!
