Hello and welcome back to another edition of What’s Going On In Dave’s Grow!
Zen Products
This week, we are talking about nutrients. We are using Zen Products during this grow cycle and I am so happy to be working with them.
Zen Products is a company out of Michigan and are known for its easy-to-use nutrient line. I am using their basic nutrient line called EZ-Zentials. It consists of a 2-part powder base with liquid micro nutrients.
Since the base nutrients consist of a 2-part powder line, I had to create a slurry to mix them. Simply get yourself a container with some water in it, mix the powder part into the container, and stir. Once dissolved, pour it into your reservoir and you are good to go.
Zen products have a wide array of feed charts available for download on their site. If you are growing in soil, coco, or DWC, Zen Hydro has you covered.
The Plants
Full disclosure, I have been waiting on Durban Poison to catch up to these other ladies in another tent. For whatever reason, I had issues with germination and she popped about 10 days later than all the other seeds. While I was waiting for her to catch up, I spent a lot of my time topping the other strains in the tent to keep them short and bushy.
Be sure to check out Zen Products here to explore their entire line of nutrients. Thanks again for watching and stay tuned for more! Happy Gardening!
Want to keep your flower fresh for longer? Be sure to check out Boveda’s 2-way humidity control packs here. I use the Boveda 62% Rh size 67 for my pounds, and size 8 62% for my ounce jars. Simply throw the pack in your container and you will see a noticeable difference in your flower. Send me a message if you are interested in trying Boveda and I will get samples to the first 10 people who contact me.
Got a question about growing? Shoot me a message at dave@whatsgoingonindavesgrow.com and I will do my best to answer it.

Thanks for the video. Looks like The Stoner Mom is going to have lots of great strains to smoke on this summer! Take Care, I’m looking forward to see your grow progress.
