Raise your hand if it’s time for a sesh! Welcome to Coffee Talk, my monthly wake and bake video series where I get high with you and share life updates and new stoner gear! This special unsponsored edition is just me and my bongs, you know things are serious because my hair never once leaves its bun. Prepare for a long stoner session complete with gravity bong rips, potent dabs, and a couple of other bongs to round out the experience. I’m also sharing my setup for discreet but effective sessions during this time of staying-at-home. And of course, I spend some time talking about my favorite distractions these days, including books, friendships, music, and other things I’ve been enjoying.

    Love this coffee talk. I wanted to give some feedback in regards to “over talking” and giving your sponsors a lot more screen time then needed. I don’t necessarily see that as the issue. For me in older videos I found that you personally got washed out and that products overshadowed you. It sort of felt like a predictable informercial video where you knew what to expect in terms of tone, character, and style. In other words it was like Kathryn would leave The Stoner Mom set and some day time television host woman stepped in endorsing products. In more of your newer videos we can see your personality shine through and we’re slowly seeing more fearlessness in you just being yourself rather than defaulting to cookie cutout templates of well known archetypes. Think of it this way: you can study music theory in and out and be the worlds greatest pianist but write the most bland uninspiring music because it’s all by the book. There’s no character or individuality that sets the pianist apart unless they throw music theory out the window and experiment a bit. Hope my analogies help and that my feedback is taken in good light. Xoxo
